Mr. Broderick is an avid swimmer and water polo player. He was a NCAA All-American at Stanford University and as a Masters Swimmer, in one year he held ten World Records and sixteen American Records.

Education
Ms. Telfer received her J.D. from UC Hastings, College of Law, with a concentration in Civil Litigation. She received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism, cum laude from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Biography
Katrina M. Telfer was born and raised in the Bay Area and has strong ties to the community. After leaving high school as Editor-in-Chief of the newsletter, varsity track team captain and MVP, and National Merit Scholar, Ms. Telfer moved to San Luis Obispo to attend college. While at Cal Poly, she honed her writing and communication skills working towards her television broadcast concentration and graduated with honors. After college, Ms. Telfer returned to the beautiful and bustling Bay Area and attended Hastings Law School in San Francisco. While at Hastings, Ms. Telfer served as Editor-in-Chief for the Hastings Business Law Journal, managing a staff of approximately 35 students. She also achieved a successful negotiated settlement for underprivileged clients in 2 wage-and-hour cases for the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic and volunteered for ACCESS at San Francisco Superior Court, helping pro se plaintiffs to complete necessary legal paperwork. Ms. Telfer worked on litigation matters for the law firm of Burnham Brown in Oakland. She also gained experience in business law and regulations through her work with Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s legal department. A self-described optimist, Ms. Telfer strives to help clients achieve the results they deserve, while working to reduce their stress and efficiently achieve their goals.

Erika graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2006, with a major in political science and minor in Anthropology. In 2009, she graduated magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut. While at Quinnipiac, Erika served as the Lead Notes & Comments Editor on the Health Law Journal and had her own Note on the federal regulation of childhood obesity published in 2008. She was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in November 2009, and is awaiting admittance to District of Columbia Bar. Erika recently moved to the Bay Area, but is still a New Englander at heart.
